How do we get our order?

Shipping: We ship by Canada Post in and around the GTA. Costs are based on weight, volume and distance of your order. Your shipping costs will be calculated when your order is confirmed. All orders require a 50% deposit or paid in full prior to order being shipped.

Delivery: Delivery and applicable taxes are extra, please contact us for your area rate. Cash On Delivery, any other form of payment must be cleared prior to delivery.

Can I meet you to discuss options?

We offer a FREE consultation to discuss styles, prices, etc.

How far in advance should my order be placed?

Loot bags up to 29, 1 week is sufficient. For more than 30 bags please add an additional week for each increment of 15 bags.

Bonbonnieres & Thank you Gifts up to 14, 1 week. 15 to 29, 2 weeks. 30 or more please place you order at least 30 days in advance.

Gift Baskets up to 5, 1 week. Orders of 20-49, 2-3 weeks. Special orders of 30 or more please place your order 45 days in advance.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, Visa/MasterCard through PayPal, Money order or certified cheque.
